For example, if someone notices migraines consistently occur on Monday mornings after weekend sleep schedule changes combined with skipped breakfast, they can focus on maintaining regular sleep-wake times and eating consistent meals to prevent future episodes.
Understanding the difference between migraine triggers and headache patterns helps develop more effective prevention strategies and may reduce the need for frequent pain medication use.
